2010 hhr 2.4 turned off on the highway while driving 65
hhr turned off on the highway while I was driving would not turn back on and a code for crankshaft is coming up on scanner , please help

Was it P0016? Or a different code?
And it turned off, as in no power, ignition off , lights off?

Possibly the fuse box halves are loose?

A. this is exactly what the ignition recall is for
B. my bet is broken timing chain. Especially if you have been ignoring a CEL or rattling noises when cold.
