Welcome to the forum. Your other post has been deleted (duplicate), and this one will be moved to the Problem section.

"Gauges wacko" means nothing - can you explain what you mean?

Not sure what you mean by "will not link to computer" - do you mean to an OBDII error code reader?

Is the Engine Check Light lit? if so, you need to download the error code as noted above. If a code reader cannot connect, it is lightly due to a blown fuse which needs to be replaced - it shares the same fuse as the power socket/cig lighter in the centre console.

And stop yelling!

Calm down, state your problem.

I am calm😎

So I have a 2010 HHR. I have numerous warning lights The transmission sign, the Car with a lock on it and the traction control light is on.
The low fuel, service ESC, power steering is also flashing through the message screen.
The car starts every time. It can be driven but the brakes lock and there is no power steering .
The RPM gauge floats between 1-4.
i attempted to use a scanner to retrieve the codes. The scanner would not link.
i have replaced the #29 fuse.
I have checked the seating of all fuses.
i had the battery tested about 6 months ago and it was fine.
Any help will be appreciated

Can the car be driven safely at all? you say "the brakes lock," but you don't say what leads to that.

If it can be driven:
Take the car to the nearest major auto parts place (O'Reilly's, Autozone, NAPA) and get them to hook you up to THEIR scanner. Also have them run diags on your battery.
I understand it was fine 6 months ago. Things go bad suddenly sometimes and situations change. A bad battery explains several things you describe.

I would be willing to bet they will be able to give you (possibly) a laundry list of codes.

Sounds 100% like the battery to me. I had almost identical things with my old LT.

The connections on the bottom of the underhood fuse box and on the ECM.

12.6 Volts is a good battery, 11.8 Volts will cause problems.
