Dealer would be happy to CHARGE you to fix it. If you are outside 3/36,000 you gotta pay somebody.

 

Hi there,
I own a 2007 Chev HHR and I have the identical problem with my low beam on the passenger side working intermittently. Mine started when the cold weather began here in Alberta. I will check all the things that the other respondents suggested to see if I end up in the same boat of frustration as yourself. In the mean time if anyone has found out the cause of this problem please contact me.
