2011 HHR transmission schematic

I m looking for a 2011 2.2l transmission electric and hydraulic schematics to trouble shoot the transmission torque converter clutch issues I'm having. The local dealer wanted $600 to $800 to analyze it for me by pulling the bottom pan and side pan.
Amoco transmission shop thinks the problem is a leaking torque converter seal. The Amoco tech determine this by test driving with a scan tool connected.

If you are planning on doing this yourself you should get the ATSG manual.
Are you losing fluid?

If you could provide the code we might be able to help. It is probably the solenoid valve.

thanks for the links to that manuals. I'll have to figure out what the transmission model is. I wanted to figure out if the problem is electric or hydraulic and maybe could be fixed without pulling the transmission.
I'm not losing any fluid. The underside of the car is very dry. I changed the fluid and filter which didn't help with the problem

It’s a 4T45E automatic 4 speed. Usually it’s a problem with a solenoid,

It would be nice to see what he seen. Have you had ALL MODULES scanned for codes?

Leaking seal doesn't have a code. AAMCO is famous for misdiagnosis; they really like "rebuilding" perfectly good transmissions instead of replacing valves, I have no idea how a live session could come up with that diagnosis.

I don't think Amoco (AMericanOilCOmpany) exists anymore. It used to be owned by Standard Oil, they sold it to BP.

DonbrewThe dealership reported codes of p0742 and p0842 on the TCM and p0700, p0138 on the ECM and charger $125 for that information. They estimated it would cost another $600 or so to determine what was causing the problem.(codes)
