#4 mis fire Help....

dropped off my little hot rod today for check engine light. Dealer said it keeps coding as a no4 misfire, after coil and injector swap, still has the issue. They asked me for permission to drop fuel tank, they are thinking water in fuel, when I asked if others where showing a misfire, they said no just number 4.
I just dont think water in fuel would only misfire one cyl??? Let me know, Help!!!
