Hi, I have a 2008 HHR SS with a stage 1 kit. Dealer just installed an auxiliary brake vacuum pump for my cold start-up brake issue (at cold start-up I must press very hard to brake) Now I have no turbo power, it cuts in and out. I will drive the car with turbo power and then turn the car off and on and lose the power. My dealer has been reprograming my car for 3 weeks now with out any luck. The shop forman says that the GM tech guys are guessings with the reprograming codes so at this point they have discounected the aux. pump and now I have my turbo back. The dealer is now going to double check the install of the aux pump. Anybody else having the same problem?

 

Don't recall anyone mentioning this problem. Sounds to me like the "plumbing" is mixed up.
