on again off again electrical

So I've been on here other threads trying to resolve a frequently occurring issue with whole dash board lighting up and loss of functions. I put in new battery. It is worse now and ore frequent that I can be driving down the street with no issues and suddenly everything light up. No fault codes are popping up. The monitors all complete. But I notice that when this happens, my volts at CM are 0 and volts at AD 13.7. I assume CM is command module. Why are volts at AD 13.7 but CM 0?

Seems like a master fuse issue , pull it out and test it for continuity, clean the fuse blades and reinstall if it tests good or replace it.
you might also ensure that all fuses and relays are pushed firmly into their places in the fuse panels, both the one under the radio in the console and the under hood fuse box.

I hoped you guys knew:) It's voltage readings on my Torque Pro app. But I'd love to know what they are

Master fuse is in the spare tire well near the battery

Volt/CM would be volt/ centimetres

https://www.unitconverters.net/elect...volt-meter.htm

and Volt/ AC is alternating current

Maybe a photo would help clear this up.

I researched the Torque app settings and according to them....CM is control (command) module and AD is adapter. I have my torque selected to measure volts at the control module (ECM) and simultaneously at the obd port where the blue tooth adapter is plugged in.
