Air Bag light is on (needs attention)
Air Bag light is on (needs attention)
I am the guy that is building the extended cab dually truck. I had to remove the side air bags on the truck because the cylinders were mounted in the bed area. Since I have removed them, the air bag light is on (probably because of the side bag removal).. Does anyone know how I can fool the computer into ignoring the side bag error and get the light to go off?
Thanks,

Sorry Bob - as much as I love the project you are working on (cause it IS freaking awesome!), I don't think we want to get into that kind of issue due to liability issues for the forum.
If someone wants to provide info via a PM that is one thing, but we really can't go into any open discussion about disabling safety related features.
I'll close this, but feel free to PM myself or any of the mods/admins if you wish to discuss the issue about closing the thread.
