Hi...I am writing from Frankfurt Germany.

I would like to install a camera in the back of our hhr. Is there anyone who can tell me (the best with pictures) were to find the best and simplest location of the backup signal?

Is there also a possibility to get the signal in the trunk or is it really necessary to install a wire from outside of the car to the inside? ... please note, that we have on our "european" hhr's a black box under the rear bumper with the backup light....

Wireless cameras are available.

After market is all there is, no factory as far as I know.

Instructions should be included with any you purchase.

 

The back up light power wire is light green, you should be able to find it in the spare tire well, under the plastic cover you pull up to get to the battery.
