Battery Drain

Hey,
My battery's been draining for the last two day when left parked and I think there's something draining it.
First off, I used a clamp meter to measure the current draw, should I be using it (because I felt like it was in accurate for low current values as its meant for higher loads)?
I checked for the voltage between the fuse terminal and ground, where I saw that there was a 12v reading between the fuse for INT light and ground. Is this normal?
The voltage between the two terminals is 12.9V
The voltage when the car is on is 14.6V

Thanks in advance,
Allen
