Blinking climate control lights

Hi:
I have a 2006 HHR LT. Today the climate control control lights started blinking very rapidly. I figure that either the bulb that lights those controls is burning out or the connection isn't tight. I've looked in the owner's manual and searched the threads in this forum but can't discover how to access that light. Can someone help me and tell me how to get to it? thanks.

Paul

Try moving the dash dimmer back and forth and see if that helps. It being a dimmer it may just be dirty and not getting a good connection.

I figure it's a loose connection somewhere. I also think it's in the climate controls because nothing else behaves in the same manner. If I could access the bulb I can wiggle or clean that, but I don't know how to get to it. Anyone know how?

Is this just the "fresh/recirc" button?

No the selector button, the fan speed button and the temperature button all blink together then go out.
