Hello all,

I can purchase the block heater and cord for my HHR for $52 so I wanted to install it myself. The local GM wanted $500 installed. Another garage looked it up and let me know its 0.8 of an hour, so i figured I might be able to tackle this project myself.

Since I dont have the Haynes manual yet I was wondering if anyone has experience installing these? They dont look difficult at all.

 

From what I can see it just bolts to the cylinder block. I found one in a salvage yard and this week I will install it.
