Blowing ac fuses often

My '06 keeps blowing AC fuses. At first it was very slowly, then about every two weeks. Today it blew three. Any ideas?

Are you talking the fuse for the HVAC blower motor?

If that's the case, you probably have a leak from outside into the blower motor and dash through a butyl patch in the cowl area.

Give this thread a read on fixing the leak....

Replacing the blower motor is also probably in your future. So give this thread a read so you know what's involved if the motor is failing.

Blower is working, warm air. What happens when the fuse blows is that the fan/blower continues but the air is not cold (not even cool).
