busted rear view mirror map lights

A while ago, I was having a weird problem with the lights in my car. They were staying on constantly even though the doors were shut and locked.
At the time I didn't realize that I could just unplug the rear view mirror and I busted the map lamps using a screwdriver. silly me.

Is there a way I can just replace the lamps? I looked at it and it seems impossible to get the bulb sockets out. But I'm not sure if they can even be replaced.

Also, the rear bay light doesn't seem to go off on it's own either. And I am not sure I understand what the diagram symbols mean on the light cover.

Thanks for any assistance.

I know, this is old but may help new folks.
Sounds like the switch on the dash is turned to far to the right. roll it back to the left just past the click. That way the lights will go off auto with the doors and keyswitch. goodluck. by the time you see this might be few years too late. LOL
