Call me Dum-Dum Dead battery

Well, I was working on the Corvair since it was a beautiful day .
I pulled the HHR halfway out of the garage and opened the hatch and was playing the XM classic vinyl for a couple hours and noticed it wasn't on any more. Like a fool I closed the hatch and put my charger on -few minutes later the charger said Battery Failure! I Know thats the number one thing you learn on ChevyHHR.net. HELP I I think that I ran the battery about dead. Yea I'm a Dum-Dum....John

Connect the battery charger positive to the battery cable post under the red cap on the left front of the fuse box and the negative to the ground wire on the rad cradle or the driver side strut tower bolt. You should be able to open the rear hatch

Thanks Blue ! I got it started by jumping with a spare battery and cables. Now I have an Anti theft light symbol on the dash. At least I got it back all the was into the garage. Guess I'll deal with it in the morning. Thanks again....John

If I remember correctly the GMPP box had a chrome or polished aluminium lid.

The custom ,one of a kind airbox was purchased
from a well known customizer years ago. Right Sleeper?
