Car shuts off while running, Sometimes will not start back up!

I have a 2011 HHR Panel with 2.2L 4 cyl engine. When I got it it wouldn’t start due to a loose connection under the fuse box. This was fixed my a local mechanic last week and today the car just shut off while I was driving, and wouldn’t start again for a few minutes. After numerous attempts I got the car to start again but it has happened at least 5 times just this morning. When the car shuts off the dash says “Power Steering” not sure if it’s related but if anyone has the answer please let me know so I don’t have to spend more than this car is worth trying to fix the electrical issues

Welcome to the site , there are 4 7 mm bolts in the under hood fuse block, tighten those down, past any clicking, tight!

Then push every fuse and relay into their places .

Wouldn't start, or wouldn't crank?
