Cheap Rims

I was going down a narrow, winding road yesterday when I met a car and dropped the right side of my HHR off the side of the road down about 6-8 inches (where the water washed it out). I rode the ditch for about 25 feet before getting back on the road.

Went on down the road wondering what kind of damage i just did, pulled off the side of the road when i made it to a safe place and fortunately nothing was hanging off the side of the car....got back in and went on down the road when I noticed a wobble.

I get home and check everything out all appears fine, so I must have bent the steel rim......these things must be made a lot cheaper than they used to be.

So I guess my plans for buying rims have been accelerated!

Anybody have any decent rims for sale at a good price that are willing to ship?

You might have broken a belt in your tire. lift the wheel off the ground and give it a spin looking for a lump or if the wheel is bent. then try putting the wheel that went off the road on the rear.

yeah...going to try this when the wife gets home from work.....but ultimately it's a good excuse for new rims.
