Cluster of problems

Happy Sunday everyone. I want to preface this by saying I am a long time lurker and have been help so many times when it comes to my 09 HHR. That being said i've hit a wall. These are my list of problems:

Power Steering loss
Air Bag Error
No steering wheel controls
No ac/heat temp controls (Fan speed control works fine)
No fan direction controls (defrost, top blowing, leg blowing)
(defrost light works but does nothing)
No MIL (error code present p0650)
No windshield wipers (rear works)
error code p0013 Camshaft solenoid

These are the things i have done:
Checked all fuses
Checked relays
Replaced ECM (was able to return when it didn't solve problem)
Checked red/black wire coming from the fuse box. no apparent shorts or tears
Took off and inspected wires for airbag
Installed new battery
Installed solenoid
Going to check instrument cluster tomorrow as it just started raining today.

These things went out while driving. Just going down the freeway and then my gauges went up and down, check engine light pops on then disappears. Next time I start the car, nothing works. I distinctly remember having power steering on the way home and no lights. off and on then problems populate.

Any ideas or steps to take next would be appreciated

I would check the fuse box halves.

Turns out that guy didn't actually fix his problem, but the problem is usually one of the connectors on the bottom or the fuse connections. At least you can see how to get to it.

Update on the issue, fuse box was all good. I checked what ground wires I could visually. Unfortunately in the process I think I found it to be the BCM. I had a aftermarket stereo that was stolen from me. When they did so I didn't remove the wire splice from the BCM. I think that loose wire fried it. Only way to find out if it's bad is to take it to the mechanic huh? Was trying to avoid those money hungry bloodsuckers. Thanks for the help!

Disconnect the negative treat the battery, Remove the wire splice, reconnect the negative terminal at the battery, it might reboot the BCM
