console switches not working

None of the switches (turn or push) in pic are working except the blower motor speed dial switch. All fan/blower air comes out the dash vents and does not change.
I did search on here and did not find anything pertaining to this problem. I did check all fuses and re-seated the relays in the engine fuse box. Still same problem.
The radio (above them) and the rear wiper (below them) work normally.
Any help as to what controls these switches would be greatly appreciated!
It is a 2007 1LT 2.4 with FE3 suspension.
Thanks much...

You said you checked fuses under the hood.
Did you check the fuses inside the car ?
The manual for my 2010 says fuse # 16 is for the Climate Control System.
That's the panel in the picture.
Fuse #10 is for Heating, Ventilation and Air conditioning, inside the car also.

Very happy to see you got it fixed, and here’s the humour, you didn’t pay a garage or mechanic to fix it! Saved you huge! Now, that makes it awesomely funny! Drive on! Keep it clean and drive it often!

That's an uncommon repair. Most of the time a fuse gives up the ghost.
Can I ask how you knew it was the relay ?

Sorry for lateness of reply... all fuses checked ok. So I bought a relay and tried it, everything was working again.

Now, 9 months later, exact same issue...fuses are ok. (see first post).
Heater speed switch works still, but no other switches work or light up (ac, re-circulation, heated seats ect) and can't change heater temperature, it blows hot all the time
Any ideas why ...tks much
