Okay, I'm an idiot. How do I open my '07 HHR dome light assy. to R&R the light bulb?

 

anyone know what LED bulbs i need to order to replace all the interior dome lights, and such. any help is appreciated greatly, tried searching but you cant search for LED since its only 3 letters long

When I replaced my bulbs, I just popped out the clear covers, but the service manual says to "lower the headliner to gain access to the lamp housing" no more detail than that.

 

i talking about the bulbs man, i want some blue, red, or green maybe, dunno, what you think would look best in black interior, victory red ext.

 

Does anybody know the blub types in the 2007 Dome Lights??? I want to replace with LED Bulbs instead!!! I can't find this info anywhere!!??!? ChevyMgr?? I need to know the blub numbers. If anybody can find these please help! I've been to Sylvania, and that doesn't have the info I need, I don't think they are accurate anyway, for this application.

First Bulb is Called a Festoon Bulb, LED's / Super White / 44 mm Wire Loom, 2/3 rd's of the way down this page:

The LED replacements for the 194's is a: 194 Flank Style LED which can be had here on ebay:

The Second Ones are Pricey but will illuminate the P!SS out of the rear of your ride! We are using these also on the License Plate!
