First of all Thanks to everyone that posted before me. You have no idea how many times I have referenced this site to fix various issues. Your help is greatly appreciated.

Today while driving my 2007 HHR the door open msg came on the dash and I got the chimes and the automatic door locks went crazy. I pulled over and all the doors are closed. It did this continuously. The car doesnt like the cold AZ weather and today it was 59 (dont laugh). Where should I start looking.

Start by checking the switches on the front edge of the door jams. When the doors are closed the switches are pushed inward.

 

Thanks....went out and checked. Sprayed a little wd40 and works good.
