driver side rear door leaking

Hello all, first post!

Been learking around a bit but never posted. I have having a problem with the driver side of my 2008 leaking. Took it to the dealer and they spent 4 hours looking for the leak to no avail. Well they told me it was the rear hatch but you could see the water had come down at the C pillar near the rear seat belt upper mount. Did i mention i park on about a 12% incline, i did to them. I had to explain that water didn't run up hill. Anyway, i told them not to do any more work and went and picked it up. It took me about 20 minutes to get water to come in, it is coming in on the driver side rear door about half way in the middle of the opening. The upper weather stripping looks perfect, no damage, but it comes right off. There is also looks to be an opening where the corner of the door meets the rear window and the roof and body come together.

So question is the best way to seal it. Can i just get some 3M trim adhesive and re-glue the weather stripping back on. What about a little silicone at the corner where they meet at the quarter window? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Can't see the pics.. But could the top of the door be tweaked out a bit ? That could cause a leak.
