DRL problem

The one goofy thing I noticed about the DRL setup is that if you turn off the DRLs during a cloudy day,when the dashlights go off they stay off.I can get them back on with the parking lights only via the lamp stalk.

Don't know about anyone else's, but on mine if I turn of the Auto Light feature via the stalk, all interior lights respond accordingly. The radio and DIC displays light up brightly, and the halo light turns off....... unless the fog lights are turned on.
