Random misfire. I used my coil tester and all the coils were good. Changed the plugs with Delco 41-103, cleaned throttle body and MAF sensor, still missing, and backfiring. Manifold absolute pressure, replaced the MAP sensor, code still exists. Cooling fan circuit, I bought a new fan since the one I had purchased was from a salvage yard, but it's still showing a code. All wires look good. I don't see any vacuum leaks or cracks in lines. Now my brakes feel like they're set in cement. I have to stand on them with both feet and it barely depressed the pedal a quarter inch, and I mean barely stops the vehicle. Fluid isn't low. I don't know where to go from this point. Any info anyone could offer would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!

Has anybody done anything around or in the fuse box?
Is the vacuum hose to the brake booster connected at both ends and not broken?
Is the MAF sensor plugged in correctly?
Have you pushed on all of the fuses and relays in the fuse box to be sure they are seated?
Does the fan work when jumped directly to 12 volts?
Have you tightened the 4 bolts inside the fuse box? They need to be very tight, not just tight.

Update I found this hose laying towards the bottom of the radiator area I don't know where it connects to the motor at but it goes right to the brake booster so I imagine that's the vacuum line for the brakes I just have to figure out where it connects at the connectors are broken but it looks like it to be replaced it has a hose clamp holding it on so it looks like it can be replaced.

The tube is supposed to connect to the intake manifold. Look for a hole or open port on the intake manifold. It might have broken off. It did not become that way without human intervention.
