My ghost has been in my dashboard for about 7 years and hasn't caused anything major. So I don't bother with it.

Tighten the 4 bolts in the under hood fuse box. The best way is to loosen them then tighten until you hear clicks.
The power steering might be a different problem thart is covered under an extended warranty.
