MY wife was out earlier today with her 09 LS. When she pulled out of the shopping center parking lot the car started making a thumping sound and the ESC light came on. She compared it to the ABS on her old Sunfire. She stoped at the stoplight(about 100 feet). When she started back up it continued so she pulled off the road as soon as a place was available. She turned the car off got out and looked underneath and could not see anything. When she restarted the car everything was fine the ESC light was off. I will lok at it when she gets home, Anybody have any sugestions, I am stumped at this point. I did ask her if there was anything on the road and she didn't see anything.

It could have been a bump she pulled out of a parking lot. But why didn.t it reset at the stop light? I need to check her owners manuel.

 

could be just a glitch.... these are heavily 'puterized...
