The OP is a female per her info stats page, which has nothing to do with fixing the issues asked about in this thread

No oil change recently, no brake job. Did get the exhaust pipe welded tho... that was around a month ago... did not do shocks yet... yes, the rear fuel line was replaced a few months ago...

Thanks , so let’s get the battery load tested, it might just be the original one and starting to head south!

I bought a code reader a while back, at Advance Auto parts that reads my 2009 ABS codes. It is an Actron CP9660 PocketScan.
With a coupon I got it for $70.
Good to have with these little robocars.

Well OldBlue, I got the battery tested and he did it twice.
First time results - good - 75% - need charge
2nd time results - good - 61% - need charge.
He said it looks like the original battery, and it didn't show up on the carfax.
That would make it 8 years old.
Now what? Thank you!!!

Sorry to say but your battery is toast! These little trucklets don’t like a run down electric source. Time for a new battery.
Make sure it is vehicle specific as it is inside and must be vented!

Here's some info on AGM batteries. My original ACDelco group 90 battery went bad nearly 3 years ago. Yours is probably closer to 9 years old.

Carfax only reports what was reported to them. My 2008 was "certified", 6 months after I bought it the almost total accident showed up.

I'm pretty sure the only maintenance that they get is from a dealership service department, not always then Only the deepest of pockets go there.

So how does the low battery affect the esc system? That can cause this problem?
