Question Frame Structural Damage

Brand new here...I am looking at a used HHR Panel Wagon. The report says structural damage. The dealership seems like an honest one from what I can find. The dealer says it "the structural was called by auction for a 1-2 inch dent in the undercarriage". He did send a picture and said he personally feels like it is a jack imprint. see the picture and let me know what you think? Potential issues down the road or not really a big deal? Should I ask for money off the asking price? Currently it is set right at market value. Thanks! Hoping to pick this one up!

Dent to frame.

Welcome to the site, looks like just a flesh, wound! But It’s a situation of drive it, and in person visual inspection.

Check the Carfax to see if it was involved in an accident.

For me, I don’t see it as a problem, as I said I’d have to see it and if possible drive it.

Why would it be market value if it is sold as structural damage? I would under bid by a lot. That is like saying "for parts only, your gamble".

I can attest that I caused the very same "damage" to SISU.
I tried to jack the car up from that point.
I now use another location and have not had any issues with what I did
EXCEPT the self talk of D---A--.

belated...
I have the same one and there are 2 others like it.
Obtained in various skirmishes with roadside boulders.
Fortunately, there is no body skew and no distortion of important geometric parameters, although mine look scarier.
