Hi all, this is my first post. I have a 2011 hhr 2lt woody and the fresh air button will not shut off and the recycled air button won't come on. Can anyone help with this?

Welcome!

You only have two options, to have fresh air, or recycle air from inside the car. You would have to push the recycle button.

And somebody else correct me if I am wrong, but you can not recycle air if you are forcing all the air to your feet. It will only blink a couple of times and then stay on vent.

I believe he is saying the recirculate won't come on. Sounds like a bad control head.

 

I'm still trying to figure out what a 2011 2lt "woody" is.

 

AND the a/c comes on when the recirc is on, the a/c light does not come on. It's in the Owner Manual. So, if the fan is not turned on it won't go to recirc, because the a/c won't come on if the fan is not on. Did that help any at all.

 

Thanks to you all. I think the head is bad. I have tried changing speeds, air on, heat on def on. Still not working.
As for the hhr 2lt woody you will have to figure that one out for your self. Maybe you could ask my wife because she was the one that wanted it

hey that is what was going on then. I was wondering why it wouldnt do anything but blink at me. just went out and changed the settings and it worked. also checked the cabin air filter....delphi...hmmmm think that needs changed

 

No just on the driver.
And side skirts sounds good, where can I get them?
