It’s not 4th gear that’s the hard shift, it’s the 4th gear and torque converter lock up. At around 40 mph.

Took forever to clean gasket sealer off! Pan is all level checked it all over. Even with the level sitting on the holes and it’s magnetic. My garage floor is level to I checked it. Inside of pan is level too.

It's not about it being level. It's about it having a flat mounting surface on the pan.
Put the pan upside down on a level surface like a table or counter top. Look for any high or low spots between the pan and the table/counter top.

Now where the bolts go on the pan in the spot I showed with my finger does that look normal can’t tell if it should be raised alittle or not?

Pan looks good flipped over but if you push down on one end the other end moves upward alittle is that normal?

Okay figured it out and got those area flat 😁. But was working on my other engine removing the balancer and breaker bar end broke off into the fitting I need to get put on my torque wrench and have tried drilling it out with no luck. I have to have the car done by 4:00 at the latest... I’m going to figure tight the bolts then will just have to barely tighten them with my hand ratchet. Is this going to work?

You should be using a 1/4" drive torque wrench, for lbs inch.
