Random fuse box issues?

Yesterday I decided to replace all four motor mounts on my 2006 hhr 2.2L LS and for the last one I had to remove the fuse box. While unscrewing positive cables on the fusebox it broke off. Went to junk yard and grabbed a fuse box off a 2006 hhr 2.2L LT; same GM #15277512 part number.
After putting it on my car it turned over. However;
  1. Front wipers started to go but stopped halfway.
  2. The rear wiper won’t turn off even with switch on dash not engaged.
  3. The wiper relay is buzzing, replaced with new relay but still the same.
  4. Rear window defroster will not turn off, even with attempting to turn off via console button.
  5. The front headlights and side lights are not turning on.

Checked all the obvious fuses, all seem fine and no check engine light.

Any ideas as to what could cause these random issues?

But better, take your relays and fuses and plug them into the new block one by one. Before removing the fuses and relays from your block, take a few photos of their location so that you can go back in case of failure.
