Welcome to the site!
Please, Enter the code into the search window one at a time, like
C0561 and U2107 and P0300 then P0302 and P1174
The threads are there to read and give great advise on how to resolve these issues!

Also, when asking for help, you should include your vehicle info.
Year, model, engine, mileage.

As you do a search for the codes, be sure to enter them correctly - ie: co561 po300 and po302 are actually - c0561 p0300 p0302

Well now that is a good guess, so would loose ground wire, but I would be looking at the battery it could be done for!
These codes pretain to traction control and misfires and lost communication with the BCM.
Please enter those codes one at a time and correctly as I posted and Whopper confirmed, read them and don't panic these are assorted issues that could be caused by one or two problems.

As stated above, code numbers need to be posted with the correct numerics for them to be accurate.
There is no po302 code. It should be P0302. (P,Zero, three,Zero, two)

P0302 points to a misfire condition in cylinder #2.
