Help!!! RPM's at 65 M.P.H. ???

Snoopy. I tried the test you mentioned. Took to to 60 MPH / 3000 RPM. Kept it steady and then put it in "I". The RPM's actualy jumped slightly and then went back to 3000 RPM. I guess I have torque converter issue.
