Still cant pinpoint the shudder, which is not a bad one in front end of my car. It only happens rarely now between first and second gear. At 233,00 miles it may be due for a trany fluid change and filter. There are no codes, pending or otherwise. Car runs fine. Shifting good. Im kinda confused. Still has a lot of old factory parts in motor. Like mounts and rear brakes. Engine is a 2.2 and running fine.

Have you checked the motor mounts?
also, a bad CV will give a vibration at elevated speeds.

The one I just bought had bad rear mount and felt weird during shifts. Also has a failing flex pipe joint which attribute to the bad rear mount. Hasn't thrown a code but I expect it will at some point.

flex pipe is 2 weeks old. CV joints look good. Motor mounts i will check today. Any idea what to look for?
back brakes are old and will replace very soon. Maybe sway bar bushings? Links are new. Struts are new. Very confusing. Thank you
