Welcome, any GM dealership can verify your HHR’s eligibility for the recall, there’s a link here somewhere to check .
The easiest way is look at your ignition key, if there is a small hole in the key, the recall has been done, if the key has a larger oval hole in it, it hasn’t!

In there you’ll find this link, enter your VIN to verify your recall status
