HHR Shop Manuals

I know you can see the shop manuals online for free, but I was wondering if there is anywhere that you can actually purchase a hard copy book of them? I'm old school...I know. I just don't do good with looking things like that up online, I do much better holding it in my hand. It's hard to explain, but I just seem to understand stuff better that way. Besides, it's harder to lose a book or two that is 3" thick than a file on the computer!

I know those books are expensive, but it would come in handy especially since there are no Chilton or Hayne's manuals for our cars, and more than likely never will be....

Try this link for Helm Publishing. Well worth it.

Thanks guys! I don't think I need to buy them right now (although it'd be better to buy them now when I have money, rather than when something is broke and have to buy parts too!)

Yeah, they are pricey, but I think it'll be worth it. Those manuals are so helpful, and they're so detailed! Especially since we have no other manuals available!

I'm going to buy the Helms manual for mine. The online manuals are a good starting point but I noticed some of the areas are wrong (minor for the most part). The main docs are for 2006 and the SS docs are enough to do most work but lack specific detail in others areas.

For all of the money I will spend on the SS, the cost of the manuals are minor even if I don't have to worry about doing the work myself for awhile.
