high beam disappeared

Something happened inside the power grid.
Symptoms:
The low beam of headlights work well, but the high beam does not turn on.
If I want to blink the headlights, nothing happens, the dipped beam continues to shine as if the switch was not touched at all.
If I want to change the low beam to the high beam (the switch handle is moved forward), the low beam is switched off, but the high beam is not switched on. Thus, the headlights are turned off, no light.
All other switch functions work well. Turn signals, automatic on / off, etc. without problems. The blue indicator "high beam on" comes on briskly in 100% of attempts.
He did not repair the headlights and did not touch them at all. The headlights worked great on previous trips.
Also: I rarely use Hippo now. I bought myself an "ass underlay", a cheap little car to work with so as not to wear out Hippo, give him a rest. So Hippo is a weekend car now, it drives once every 7 to 10 days. Perhaps a long downtime is not beneficial?

I don't think the low beam is gone forever. The problem is most likely easy to fix. But I don't know where to start. It seems that I am the first one who received this, I did not find such "lucky" on the site.
What do you recommend?

Relay #72 under hood.

#63 and #67 individual fuse for driver, and passenger side.

It could be the multi switch has failed or the head light bulbs have burnt out, it’s happened before!

Since it is both my first guess is the relay, second guess fuses, third guess bulbs, fourth guess switch.

If I was the a SAE mechanic I would start by replacing the BCM, since it is always the computer. (sarcasm)

But what would be your recommendation if you were an ASE mechanic?

Yes and #71. But the diagram lists them as relays. But curiously, shows all of that row as #68. I guess the proof reader was not at full capacity.

ASE mechanic says the same thing.
