High Beams Not Working. At my wits end

2009 Chevy HHR SS. Both High Beams suddenly stopped working. Replaced bulbs even though I didn’t think it was that. Replaced the full headlight and nothing. Replaced the headlight switch next and still didn’t work. Replaced the high beam relay and then finally replaced the BCM. But they still don’t work. Have had several HHRs but have never run into this issue that nothing has worked. If anyone has any other ideas on what it could be I would greatly appreciate your input.

High beam relay #72 and high beam fuses #66 and #67 in the under hood fuse box.

Only takes a few minutes to replace the turn signal multi switch, and cheap too. Just saying.......

And wasted money on a new BCM. High and low share ground points.
Are the fog lights on? No high beams when using fogs.

Well technically its high beams on will disable the fogs.
Fogs on won’t turn off high beams.

Since it is illegal to drive with both high beams and fogs, I think you will find that a factory installed fog light will disable the high beams, that is one of the things the BCM programming controls. I can't imagine Mother GM allowing us to do something illegal.
