Houdini oil...
Went to check my oil and for some reason i found that it was empty. Bone dry. I changed my oil a month prior and have not spilled a drop. It's not blowing black smoke nor fumes. What could cause thisto happen?

Leaking or burning it. That's the only choices.
FYI. Black smoke indicates a rich fuel burn. Oil burning is generally a light bluish haze.
Often times, light to moderate oil burning can go unnoticed visually.

I would suspect an issue with the oil level, check to ensure the dipstick tube is inserted all the way , ensure you check the oil on a level surface and if possible check your oil after the car has been sitting at least 30 minutes.
I would suggest to change you oil again and note how much drains out of the oil pan plug hole,

I would think that if your oil level was that low, the oil pressure icon on the instrument cluster would come on.

check to be sure your dipstick tube is in the block, (if this applies) i had a phone truck the tube came out and checked zero oil on the stick.

OK 3 days and no response from the OP, either the issue is fixed or he found the problem and is thrashing away in the garage fixing it!! I'm sending a pm to confirm!
