Idle and speedometer issues

Hey all, I have a 2011 HHR LT; don't know if its a 2.2 or 2.4 though. Since June the speedometer has acted erratic but here in the last month this thing has done a LOT of stalling when at a stop. Both at a complete stop and on the git up. If it doesn't die then it lets its displeasure known by hesitating to even getting to a high RPM before getting up to speed. Ive replaced the two sensors on the passenger side of the engine, topped up the ATF and replaced the TCM. For a short while it was fine but everything came back not two weeks ago. I'm beginning to wonder if I need to replace the PCM but I'm getting to the very limit of my car knowledge and I'm concerned I'll need to junk it and get a different car that I can't currently afford. Ive tried cleaning the throttle body but that didn't do anything helpful. My little HF OBD II reader doesn't show it throwing any codes but I'm sure those codes would need a serious OBD II. The speedometer likes to randomly spike even at a dead stop, from 0 upwards to 50 before coming back to about 3 to 5mph. I'm just not sure what else to try or look for cause I can't afford a different vehicle but I also can't afford to keep changing parts hoping it'll be the fix I need. I'd love some pointers on this. Thanks.

If you could get it to an auto parts palace like Advanced Auto then have them read the codes and you write them down, do not buy any parts! Then post here what those codes if any are! While you’re at that parts place ask them to load test the battery and test the charging system!
Take the stuff out of the back do they can easily get to the battery, in the back!

maybe if you didn't replace perfectly good parts you would have more money.
Get the codes.

No codes are being thrown and the battery is slightly under charged but still functions. Technology says nothings wrong but there is an issue.

Also, if all you're gonna do is be a smart ass then please refrain from replying. I'm looking for legit help, not wise guys.

Did you think maybe the AC compressor is binding up?
A valid question is "why did you replace parts that you don't know the name of, for no reason at all?". That is called "replacing perfectly good parts for no reason". Not smartassery.
You never came back to look at your previous thread, so I assume you have it handled without our help.

Not at all. It still has issues even without codes, one of the sensors was the transmission position sensor and the one next to it cause at THAT time, those were what the dealership said was the issue. Those both got replaced and nothing changed.

I looked through the entire list of trouble codes. Don’t see a one that mentions a transmission position sensor.
My guess. You need a new battery based on your statement that it is showing undercharged.

You tried to clean the throttle body tells me it's probably not cleaned. Start by cleaning it correctly.
You may find that your only problem.
