lights under radio and other lights wont. They come on when you get in or out. they come on when you turn the lights on or when the lights come on automatically for a few seconds then go off. The only ones on are the instrument lights and just the radio station light no others. You cannot dim any of them. You can push the flashers and they come on for a second also. I have 39000 miles on an 07. I checked fuses.

Found out my problem. It was the relay under the hood. Apparently it is the same relay that runs my tail lights.
