Well so far I owned this car for a about a year now. It is a09 with 60,000 miles. First it was the ignition sticking ($375.00) then it is the front end that sounds like it is going to fly apart, Front end parts ($200.00) and NOW the service air bags light comes on. Just got a call from the Dealer $550.00 to replace a module for the air bags! Come on GM! Holy crap at this rate I could have bought a Mercedes! As for the sticking ignition, I received a letter from GM that I will be refunded the money for the repair, Still waiting for that! I thought about selling the car but I have so much money invested in the car I will drive it till the wheels fall off!

 

Same boat, between insurance claim and my own pocket... We have dumped almost 6000 into my car in the last three weeks. I passed on putting rims this time around and put a majority of it into getting the suspension right again. Brakes, tie rods, struts, swaybar bushings, tires, etc. should handle like a dream again, but I'm with you. Cars this young shouldn't need this amount of maintenance.
