how can i check and clean mass air flow sensor on a 32006 2.2 HHR?

 

Welcome - just use the search tool at the top of the page and look for CLEAN MAF - there are several posting about it, but make sure to heed the warnings about NOT TOUCHING the internals.

And it's best to use a cleaning spray specifically made for cleaning the MAF.
