control panel saying power steering fluid is low but i dont know where the power steering cap is can anyone help

 

Houston, we have a problem!

No cap, because no fluid. This is a new one on me, I'd be calling or showing up your dealer Monday morning.

 

The HHR has electric power steering, went to my trusty 2006 owners manual, on disc, could only find recommendation that you see a dealer/service if message appears on DIC.
Have you checked your fuses lately, maybe that one is loose, just a thought...
