side view mirrors do not adjust. When I fixed the door handle and replaced the door panel , it did not work.
what did i do wrong?

If it worked before you replaced the door handle/panel then you either didn't re connect the mirror, blew the fuse, or somehow damaged the switch. If neither side works, you blew the fuse.

Welcome to the site, check the fuses then if required remove the door panel and check the connections

Could have broken a wire.
