I have just told them that i want a new car. They have had my HHR 5 times and still it is a new problem, they did think it was funny when i told them i wanted another HHR with the same features i bought and paid for. the other choice i gave them was give me back my money and i would find another dealer. I wanted the HHR when it first came out and that is what i still want. I am not settling this time when the front end shook like it did i was done. they are now working with me on that. I told them that it is unfair for the joke at work is what are you driving today since i have been in several loaner cars in the past 3 months. I wish you luck Bettie dont give up because i sure am not.

Just remember that if they offer to turn the rotors - you are entitled to *new* rotors, as you bought a new car. Don't settle for less.

Perhaps fire off an email to William L Morris of Simi Valley with a link to this thread! With an addition note that mentioning the member count of this forum and it's growning membership each day in addition to the guest count that view this forum each day!

The plan right now is to wait until my air conditioner part is in and they fix it. If I receive the level of horrible service at that time I'm sending the link to the General Manager of the Dealership with the member count.

Might consider going to Chevy's web site and utilizing their "Contact Us" feature as well.

Worth a shot...

I'm on the phone right now with Chevy and they have been VERY NICE to me so far.

I reported all the issues and the customer service rep has advised me to have my other HHR friends call in and report problems as well. With the HHR being a new vehicle they don't know what is happening until we, the owners, tell them.

They made a trouble ticket for my list of items along with my complaints about the dealership and will be giving the list to specialist to work through all the problems with me. We'll see how it goes...

To contact Chevy directly call: 800-222-1020

It will take a few moments to have them enter your info into the system (you will need your VIN #) Just a little bit of your time to make the HHR better for all.

Good luck!

Needless to say I was really unsatified with William L Morris of Simi Valley. When the parts come in for the air conditioner I will give them the same list of problems again.
Bettie, c'mon out east and I can hook you up with a Chevrolet dealer. I bring mine in, they fix it. TSB? We'll fix it. No TSB? We'll fix it anyway. Customer satisfaction is always number 1. Sorry your dealer isn't as helpful. Maybe he just wants to sell cars, not service them.

Same deal with the dealership I buy from. Sometimes it takes two trips to get something fixed, but it gets fixed.
