When you replaced the battery did you bother the plastic thing the encircles the negative cable or knock the maxi-fuse next to the ground cleat?
That fuse is [power for the BCM that controls the things that stopped working.

This is where the battery lives, the smaller red part in the upper portion of the photo is the maxi fuse. That needs to be inspected , is it burnt? Is it loose?

Finally got to try to change it out, and no luck. Thanks for the idea.

Try disconnecting the battery negative cable for 15 minutes, then reconnecting it, ensuring that both cable terminals are snug and tight.

Everything will delete and all capacitors will be discharged in under 10 seconds usually. 30 seconds will do just fine with any vehicle.
TOUCHING THE CABLE ENDS TOGETHER FOR 30 SECONDS.

When the cable ends touched while I was replacing a battery, there was a spark and the RAP discharged, killing the radio. It is my experience that a battery lobotomy should be at least 15 to 30 minutes. This resets the computers back to OEM settings
