New Problem.
You should be able to get a complete clutch set. Disc, pressure plate, slave cylinder, and bearing. That's probably the best way to go for you.
Since you have to pull the tranny, replace all the components with new ones
while you're in there.
( I took a quick look at Advance Auto online and saw a set for about $300)

Kev- Make sure the kit is complete..
Clutch disc, pressure plate, slave cylinder, and throw out bearing.
Also a pilot bearing.
EDIT: If you can get all that for $100. less.. That's some deal then.
Don't forget the flywheel will need to be re-surfaced by a machine shop.
& before flywheel removal, I would mark it's orientation, so it can be put back on in same position, they are balanced.
