No crank no start.

Hello all the dreaded no crank no start
-fuses are good
-recall has been done (2014)
-battery is good and getting power to the fuse box
-security light is not on
- starter solenoid is functioning
- fuel pump is functioning
-no check engine light

background info. Car has been sitting for well over 2 years waiting on a trans. I wasn’t here when it first broke. Trans has been replaced now and I’ve got it back together as it was taken apart. I get dash lights and hear relays click. I can apply direct power to the starter solenoid and it’ll turn over but no fuel pump. If I jump over the fuel pump relay it’ll work.

it’s acting like it’s in a security shut out. However I haven’t got a security light. Also wipers don’t work as well as headlights. No check engine light I won’t have my scan tool till tomorrow about noon. So I can’t see any codes.

any help is appreciated thanks

Year, model and engine ?

Your bio says 2012 HHR. HHR’s were 2006-2011.

How do you know the fuses and battery are good. Have you put a meter on anything? If the starter solenoid is good wouldn't it be cranking?
Start at the battery. What will it load test at?

battery is brand new. Also on a jump pack to keep it in tip top shape while testing. fuses have been tested with a test light and multimeter.

Ignition recall done in 2014, as posting in #1.

Im thinking a ground wire is loose or corroded.

as a side thought why not try a battery lobotomy for 15 minutes. It’s worked before.
