no power to left rear window

Hi I am new to this forum. I have an 07 ls that has no power to left rear window. I have power going from main switch out to left rear wires but am losing it somewhere along the way to switch. I have probed at the connector. Is there a connector to rear harness that I am missing. Do the wires run down console to left pillar post or do they run down drivers left side in that loom. I probably need to probe that harness to see if they are in that bundle. I am confused.

Welcome to the site. Here is a wiring diagram that may help. I'm not positive but I think the wires run down the left side to the left rear door.
If your loosing power to the door check the wiring at the door opening. They move every time the door opens and sometimes brake there.
The main switch supply power and ground to the rear window switches.

Thanks for the reply Lucky. I pulled the trim, drivers seat and followed the loom down the left side. Turns out where the loom passes from the pillar to the rear door, inside the rubber bellows, both the wires were cut. The rest of the wires where intact. There is no damage to rubber sleeve, so I can only assume the previous owner or someone cut them. I checked the window operation and there seems to be no problem. Can't understand why someone would do that. It was a lot of work to go through if you wanted to disable the window when all you have to do is unplug the switch at the door ? Oh well all is fine now. this is an 07 LS gold and is not near as nice as my black 06 loaded LT. But I don't mind knocking around with this one.

Glad you got it fixed. In the 70s and 80s that was a big problem because the wires became brittle as the aged. If your wiring is not flexible enough when you open and close the door your problem may return. In those cases I had to replace the wiring from inside the pillar to the inside of the door with new

I thought the same thing, it is possible they broke from being brittle. The smaller gauge wires were fine. It was odd because when stripping back insulation to solder in new wire they seemed to be pliable. Or maybe since the panel had been removed before I thought they had been cut. Oh well onto more important things. I am ordering new door handle assy, probably dorman, and I noticed plastic retaining clip on latch cable was broken where they tried to disconnect from handle. Was going to order new cable also but can't find part after looking at several sites including gm parts direct. Maybe part of whole latch assy ? I am going to run up to salvage yard to see what I can scavenge off 09 that had front end destroyed. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks again

I did some digging on the latch cable. I found it on GM parts on line. It looks like to get the cable you have to buy the latch that comes with a new cable for about 90.00 + shipping. Sometimes they pair parts together because of a updated design change. Not sure
